Perfect location, spacious executive suite, free upgrade to neighboring hotel, breakfast included, clean room with plenty of storage and nice bathroom. Overlooking gardens. Friendly staff.

I was really surprised by the spaciousness of my room. It was large enough to accommodate my family comfortably, with plenty of space for each of us. The ensuite tub/shower was a nice touch, and the small wet area with a sink, microwave, and fridge came in handy. Despite being situated at the back of the hotel, the room was quiet and peaceful, awesome for a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with easy access to various attractions and public transportation options. The continental breakfast offered a decent selection, and the cooked-to-order full breakfast was satisfactory. I had a pleasant stay and would consider returning.

There were a few drawbacks worth mentioning. the hotel and rooms could benefit from some updating and maintenance.

One downside was that the carpets and curtains in the hotel were stained and outdated.
